
I would be lying if I said I created this quickie exercise. I actually saw a group of male fitness models do it, and I thought it was a great exercise to do when you don’t have much time. This intense workout primarily works your lower body, but it really taxes your triceps.
Make sure you use a bench or a chair on a gripping surface. If you have time, do it twice, if you have to endurance. I plan to do a series of intense exercises that don’t require much of your time. Try it, and let me know what you think.
